Dear fellow travellers, wanderers, vagrants, and friends,
You have been summoned to participate in probably one of the coolest travel projects lately. It is called “Project Alpha”.
What is Project Alpha?
Have you ever been on a journey that completely changed your life? Have you ever been to a place that was so magically wooing, so enticing, so mesmerising that it left a piece of unforgettable experience in your mind? And you still vividly remember the chills that ran down your spine while you got that first glimpse, while that spellbinding horizon unveiled before your eyes or while you completely immersed yourself into that delectable dish?
I bet you do. I am sure many of you have already written a story (or two) about that. But what about if I tell you that you can once again share this hypnotic memory for an exciting humanitarian project? What if your story can contribute to a plan to help children in need around the world? Wouldn’t that be just terrific?
Some troubling facts
Our children are the single most precious things in our lives and it is our responsibility to ensure they have access to fair education, school facilities, and the like. Are you aware how many millions of children across the globe do not have access to these basic things we take for granted? According to UNICEF, more than 101 million children, more than half of which – girls – are being denied access to education which is a basic human right. Quite a disheartening figure, isn’t it?
Call to action
Dear friends, this project would not probably grant all 101 million children access to education but it will certainly be a great start.
If you take part in Project Alpha:
- You are going to write about something you loved.
- You are going to make many children around the globe very happy.
- You are also going to get published, meet cool fellow bloggers, and (hopefully) get connected to corporate sponsors.
I am sure you can think of many more exciting reasons for participating in this amazing project. If I got you convinced, again here’s the link to the website of Hung Thai, the champion of the project. I cannot wait to see you on board and work with all of you. Wow, I am so thrilled I almost forgot to mention (but I guess you have already figured it out) that I am also going to take part in this amazing initiative. Are you ready to join Project Alpha?
I would like to offer you my sincere gratitude for taking the time to read this post, for considering joining the cause, and for spreading the word out to anyone who might be interested!
Humbly yours,
Svet
